These customized sleep apnea oral appliances are made by dentists using a plastic-like mold according to the specific shape of the patient’s mouth and teeth. They not only work on against the sleep apnea but also effective stop snoring. Sleep apnea is a potentially serious disorder in which breathing starts and stops repeatedly.
